I do not do venmo, paypal, or zelle. The safest, private way to tip/commission me is through Ko-Fi. I do not do paid subscriptions through Substack.
Ko-Fi does transactions through a third party app known as Stripe. What I can see are everyone's emails through Stripe. What I do for my friends when they must use an email with their deadname, and other sensitive information, I keep that to myself.

"Support" implies money more than other means of help nowadays. Mainly because we've learned helplessness and resorted to our weakest link: commodifying survival. Unfortunately, this is what I'm partially doing.
My living situation isn't ideal, I'd rather not talk further about it yet. Instead, I recommend watching Everything Everywhere All At Once.

Hey,This corner of this site is me speaking directly to you, the reader. The rest of the writing was an attempt at sounding professional lol. No point in biting my tongue much here. I'm a transgender man, yes he/him pronouns, and a person of color. I am an undergrad going for an English major, and I want a boring technical writing job. I want to spend more time around linguistics to help others not be confused nor trapped by harmful content. Though, I hope, film is also for me. Who and what I love, hate, lust, cry for shows up more in my writing, I promise.
I thank you for being curious enough to get to know my writing. Art will always be intimate to everyone in some sort of way, especially with someone as private as I am irl.
So why have Ko-Fi, right? I'd like to have the option to receive money as a form of a gift from readers who find my sarcastic, poignant tone worthy enough to throw change at. It's all I've been good at, retail has always been a pain. I'm also charmed by the idea that my honesty is tied to money, honey.
I don't want money to be the priority, really. I want to speak to writers, and artists way outside the writing medium! I think that's cool, and what I'd like more.

❔Who are you? Where can I find your works so I can avoid you?
I'm Manuosos Saudade, a solo writer. I currently am the only one running Rotten Media Hound, treat it as a blogpost / non-essential newsletter. You can find my works on Substack, YouTube, and TikTok.
❔Why are there so many options to financially support you?
Different options for better accessibility and choose what's most familiar. Not cause I want y'all to fund me in every site oh my god.
❔Can I commission or simply talk about an idea with you?
Yes, absolutely. Collabs, showing me stuff like a bird you found cool, art that mocks me makes my day. Substack has a subscription option to only have subscribers talk to me I immediately turned that shi off.
❔How long do you take to respond?
In general (DMs), in 2-3 days. With accepting or denying commissions/requests/services, 2-3 days. Completing requests are 3-5 days to 2 weeks, depends on what y'all want from me.
During college, and job hunting, and bar hopping, I respond within the week. When I'm not sober, I reply in the same hour! :D
❔What commissions do/don't you take?
I can take any commissions, just know if you request me to do extremely harmful, fetishistic content, there is no argument to then have to consent to being recorded for the entire process of the commission.
